Rafael Leão to miss opener with calf elongation

AC Milan confirmed Rafael Leão suffered a right-calf elongation and will miss the Serie A opener against Cremonese.

The forward was injured vs Bari in the Coppa Italia and will be assessed day-to-day for a return before the Lecce trip.

Stefano Pioli (or current coach) must retool left-side progression in the short term.
